We support returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt

1.Product Return and Exchange Instructions

Return requirements for eligible products:
1. The returned products must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition, and come with the original brand packaging box and all accessories (the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box of the product has been torn off and is also considered opened). Please understand!
2. All unopened products must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received and confirmed to be correct.
3. If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the products in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).
4. If you want to exchange for other equivalent products, please return the order you need to return first. After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will send you a new product. If you want to exchange for non-equivalent products, please return and refund your order first, and then go to the website to order other products you like, and we will send them separately.

About return shipping fee:
1. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package. And we will bear the shipping cost when sending.
2. If you find that the product is wrong after receiving the goods, please contact us and provide your order number. After verifying that the goods are wrong, you can choose to return or exchange, and we will bear the shipping cost of return and exchange.
3. If the return is not caused by quality problems or the buyer's own reasons, the buyer shall bear the postage for returning the goods and the shipping cost for re-sending.

2. How to return or exchange goods?
Return or exchange application: Please contact our customer service email a18125751145@outlook.com to apply for return or exchange. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned along with the product list and return them to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.
If you use an uncheckable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.

 

3. Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service email to register for return and exchange → provide pictures of returned goods → customer service confirms return and exchange application → sends back returned goods → return confirmation → process refund or exchange

4. About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1-3 business days and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded through the original payment method:
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take 6-8 working days to arrive, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank.
